- GET /api/v1/capabilities (get_platform_capabilities): Discover supported read-only operations, schemas, connection URLs, and limits. No account or wallet authorization is requested.

## Planning semantics

The season-completion workflow is indicative and never executes a trade. It covers published cards, uses observed ETH and WETH asks as ETH-equivalent values, and subtracts a reserve chosen by the caller before selecting cards. The reserve is not a gas estimate. Source age can be unknown, and incomplete or unavailable inputs are reported explicitly.
