Description
During my Burnout, I lost all my energy. Living in constant panic. Surviving every day. To get back to life, it all started with the first morning walk, the first sunlight of the day. During the First week I went for a 5-minute walk. The second week 10 minutes. The Third week 15 minutes, and so on. At one point it became a daily routine for life.
